Not to be missed in London E2…

The Geffrye Museum, on the Kingsland Road, is a Museum dedicated to the interior of the domestic English home. It shows the progression of the English home through a series of rooms from 1600 up to Present Day.

Columbia Road Flower Market is open every Sunday from 8am till 3pm. You can buy anything here from a small cactus pot to a full grown banana tree; but it is the fantastic atmosphere, bright colours and gorgeous smells that is the real attraction. Don’t forget to bring your camera!

Head to Globe Town Market for a well established traditional East End farmers market. Buy fresh fish, flowers, fruit and veg at budget prices.

No visit to the East End would be complete without some traditional grub. Robin’s Famous Pie and Mash has been going since 1890 with 6 shops over London. Head to Roman Road in Bethnal Green for some traditional pie, mash and gravy!
